Annette Duggan RGN RPN MIACP

I’m Annette Duggan, an RGN, RPN, accredited counsellor, and MSc-qualified Positive Health Coach. I provide compassionate, integrative support for adults, parents, students, and professionals. My approach blends clinical knowledge, relational warmth, and strengths-based strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

The Heart of My Work

A Personalised Approach to Human Growth and Healing

At the core of my work is a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual. Whether someone comes to me for counselling, coaching, or academic support, I see the whole person — their strengths, their struggles, and their potential.

My aim is always to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and purposeful. I draw on both clinical experience and relational presence to support meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative — we decide together what matters most and how we’ll approach it.

People often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. My role is not to give answers, but to help you access your own insight, develop practical tools, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
